Cocktails

Café Raki
+ Ingredients
  • 1.5 oz. Yelli Raki
  • 0.5 oz. Amaretto
  • 1 Whipped Cream
  • 1.5 oz. Brandy Pshenoff
  • 1 tsp. Honey
  • 1 fill Hot Coffee
Preparation

1Add amaretto, Yelli Raki and Brandy Pshenoff to a coffee mug. Fill almost to the top with hot coffee.


2Add honey and top with a puff of whipped cream. Served in a Irish Coffee Cup.

Frizzante Strawberry
+ Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup Russian Admiral Vodka
  • 1 btl Valahia Muscat sparkling wine
  • 4 cups fresh sliced strawberries
  • 3 tbsps sugar
  • 5 sprigs fresh basil (garnish)
Preparation

1Place the fruit, sugar, and basil in a large pitcher. Using a wooden spoon, crush the mixture until it forms a rough mash.


2Stir in the vodka Russian Admiral. Just before serving, pour the Valahia Muscat Sparkling Wine over the mixture and serve immediately over ice.


3Garnish with a sprig of fresh basil

Honeymoon
+ Ingredients
  • 11/2 ozs vodka Kumaniok Medovaia
  • 2 thyme sprigs
  • ice
  • 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon honey mixed with 2 teaspoons of water
Preparation

1Combine in a cocktail shaker all ingredients and shake well.


2Strain into a chilled martini glass or coupe and garnish with the remaining thyme sprig.

Saratoga Cocktail
+ Ingredients
  • 1 ounce brandy Pshenoff
  • 1 ounce whiskey D&S
  • 1 ounce Party Juice Vermut
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Lemon peel for garnish
Preparation

1Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir well.


2Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.


3Twist a lemon peel over the glass and drop it into the drink.

Cactus Margarita
+ Ingredients
  • One 11,15 oz bottle Party Juice Cactus
  • 1 lime wedge
  • kosher salt
  • ice
  • 1 ounce tequila (silver)
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
Preparation

1Moisten half of the outer rim of a glass with the lime wedge and twist the edge into a saucer full of kosher salt.


2Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the tequila, lime juice. Shake well and strain into the glass. Top with Party Juice Cactus.

PJ Mojito
+ Ingredients
  • One 11,15 oz bottle Party Juice Mojito
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 6-8 mint leaves
  • 1 lime, halved
  • 1 ounce light rum
  • Mint sprig for garnish
Preparation

1Place the sugar, the mint leaves, and Party Juice Mojito into a highball glass. Muddle well to dissolve the sugar and to release the mint flavor.


2Squeeze the juice from both halves of the lime into the glass. Drop one half of the lime into the glass.


3Add the rum and stir well. Fill the glass with ice cubes.

PJ Orange Marmelade
+ Ingredients
  • One 11,15 oz bottle Party Juice Orange
  • 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 2 orange marmalade (spoons)
Preparation

1Combine ingredients and shake well, then strain over a chilled coupe.


2Top with Party Juice Orange.


3Garnish with orange peel.

PJ Pink Paloma
+ Ingredients
  • One 11,15 oz bottle Party Juice Grapefruit
  • Wedges of grapefruit
  • 1/4 cup pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 ounce silver tequila
Preparation

1In a cocktail shaker filled with ice add the tequila and the pink grapefruit juice. Shake until chilled.


2Squeeze the grapefruit from a wedge into the drink and stir. Top with Party Juice Grapefruit, and serve with an additional grapefruit wedge for garnish.

The Ultimate GT
+ Ingredients
  • One 11,15 oz bottle Party Juice Gin Tonic
  • 1 wheels (lime)
  • 1 strip lemon zest
  • 1 lemon verbena (leaf)
  • 3 juniper berries
Preparation

1Combine 1 lime wheel, 1 strip lemon zest (removed with a vegetable peeler), 1 lemon verbena leaf, 3 juniper berries, and 1 oversize ice cube in a glass.


2Add a Party Juice Gin Tonic and stir to combine.

The Vermouth Cherry
+ Ingredients
  • One 11,15 oz bottle Party Juice Vermut
  • 1 ounce Pshenoff brandy
  • 1 teaspoon grenadine
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice)
Preparation

1Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all ingredients.


2Shake well and strain into the glass. Garnish with a cherry and top with Party Juice Vermut.
